I found my product release date is 19 july 2023. But why my laptop original windows install date says 17 january 2023. Is that mean it's a refurbished laptop? Or there was setup wrong time when windows setup? My laptop has factory warranty of 8 months.

There are models in that series that had earlier release dates and HP would have used the same Windows image to install on those PC's as yours, so a January 2023 installation date could be probable.

The only way to tell for sure when your notebook was manufactured down to the week, is to look at the serial number.

The 4th, 5th and 6th characters of the serial number will always be numbers.

The 4th = the year of manufacture (0-9)

The 5th and 6th = the week of manufacture (01-52).

So, if your notebook was manufactured in 2023, the 4th character will be a 3.

If it was manufactured during the week of July 19, 2023, then the 5th and 6th characters will be 29--the 29th week of the year which was July 17, 2023 - July 23, 2023.

Look at the serial number and use the link below to determine what week your notebook was manufactured if the 5th and 6th characters aren't a 29.

According to your information my laptop manufactured in april. Seller says it's a brand new core i5 13th gen 1335u  laptop ,but after opening it,but original install time shows  17 january...  i also check hp factory  warraty cover, it's 8 months remaining..  so i need an exact answer,is my laptop refurbished,used or new? That's tension makes me mad. I don't have enough ability to buy another one.. i called the shop ,they told me they imported that laptop,it is new and it comes with that windows already installed.

If the notebook was refurbished by HP, there would be a "R' after the product number -- 8L713EAR.

If there is no R as the last letter of the product number, then the notebook was not refurbished.

Frankly, you are worrying over nothing.
