HP OMEN 15
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have the HP OMEN 15 2019 version bought it last april, yesterday I heard a grinding noise while play Escape From Tarkov I turned it off and called it a night... I woke up turned on my PC and fired EFT again after about 20-30 mins of gameplay I get that grinding sound I decide to finish the game and then turned off my computer unplugged everything and cleaned the fans with some compressed air and a new toothbrush it got rid of some tried turning it on and BAM ''90B'' I cleaned it again and it seemed to work fine I played a whole day and needed to eat turned on my computer after cleaning it again it didn't give off any error or any problem and then I told myself let me see if it does it again if I restart so I decide to turn it off and on again and my fan Goes on and off on and off in a fast rythm and then stops and goes normal....         More info:    I can hear my left fan more than the right one, The left fan is more stiff and the right one spins really fast with my finger's I usually keep my fans on Comfort mode on the OCC... Thanks in advance for the help meanwhile im gonna play some EFT since my temeperature seems to be fine I also would like to know how can I check if everything is fine on my computer so that I can troubleshoot and stop waisting yall's time.. 🙂

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,
I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue, this sounds like driver related issue.

I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue, Firstly, perform Windows Update and HP Support Assistant: (do not skip any troubleshooting steps if you feel steps are repeating)

To check for updates now, select the Start button, and then go to Settings  > Update & security  > Windows Update, and select Check for updates.

Install updates from HP Support Assistant: Go to Download HP Support Assistant to install the tool.

  1. To open HP Support Assistant, double-click the HP Support Assistant icon https://support.hp.com/doc-images/932/c05040382.jpg.
  2. Click My devices in the top menu, and then click Updates in the My PC or My notebook pane.
  3. Click Check for updates and messages to scan for new updates.
  4. Review the list of updates. Updates with a yellow information icon are recommended. Updates with a blue information icon are optional.
  5. Click the update name for a description, version number, and file size.
  6. Select the box next to any updates you want to install, and then click Download and install.

And, also run  BIOS Update: Follow steps from the link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c00042629

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

Thank you for you response! I appologize for taking so long for responding but I ordered a new fan and installed it and my computer now works fine, the problem was that my old fan's bearing was wobbly therefore was rubbing against the metal and that explains the sound my pc's cooling is better too instead of 97 Celsius which could of been a warning sign  it averages around 60-70 Celsius Im gonna make your response a solution and close this.... Thank you for trying to help tho 😉
