HP 15-DT0061NT
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have HP 15-DB0061NT with 8GB Ram and 256GB nvme M.2 SSD.

in CrystalMarkDisk program I get very low NVME scores

as 410Mbps Read and 350MBps Write instead of 1000mbps Write and 1200mbps Read promised.

I also tried with other benchmarking programs but the score did not change.

What should I do to solve this problem ?

Thanks for your help.

@pentapower Welcome to HP Community!

I understand that you are facing an issue with slow performance.

HP will not recommend using third-party software to check the benchmarking score. That cannot be accurate.

I have a few steps to identify and resolve the issue:

Common causes of slow system performance:

  • Not enough free disk space or disk errors.

  • Applications that require a lot of system resources.

  • Too many tasks running at the same time.

  • Nonessential graphic features.

  • Not enough memory.

  • Overheating due to intensive graphic applications or dust in vents.

  • Running multiple instances of anti-virus software.

Turning off nonessential graphical features to improve system performance

Graphical features and programs can use a lot of system resources.

Turning off these features can improve system performance.

This section explains how to adjust visual effects for best performance and how to disable Windows Aero.

The best way to do that is by using the HP Guided Troubleshooter:
