Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello! 
So I was cleaning my fans so I disconnected the battery while I was doing this so I can remove the fans so after I finished it gave me this error and my laptop doesnt charge more the 99% and it stuck to it while im charging and I guess its not holding battery like 2% had already gone while im typing this right now so what is the solution. 
by the way I did everything right and nothing were damaged at all.

Sorry but I couldnt understand it but I did the win +v method after pressing enter and it appeared again
