So how will everything work when I upgrade my ram to 16gb will it boost to like the ram I have now bc the ram I have now boost to 6000MHz and in CPU-Z in the SPD part max bandwidth is DDR4-3200 (1600) but the ram I am getting is the TEAMGROUP Elite DDR4 16gb kit 2666MHz. So which one is better this is my first time upgrading a laptop.

The specs of your machine is

It has  8 GB DDR4-2933 SDRAM (2 x 4 GB) now. And support 16GB (2x8GB) max. You can install 3200MHz RAM but it will automatically downgrade to 2933MHz. Yu have to replace both slots using 2 pieces of

 

              8 GB, DDR4-3200  part # L46598-005

 

No compatible RAM from Crucial. RAM is N/A from HP Part store
