Product: HP 250 G7

I have a 250 G7 laptop that will only charge when powered off. I have seen several other posts, but none give a definitive answer. So far I have: Changed battery for new,  Used new AC adapter, Reinstalled Windows with clean install and Updated BIOS/all drivers.

The solution was, I changed the charging port on the laptop. Cost about 10USD, there's some guides on youtube how to do it, took about 10 minutes following the guide. No soldeering needed.

Replacing the charger port is probably the solution for other HP laptops that only charge when powered off.
