Product: HP notebook 15-da0051ns
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello,
I would like to increase the speed of the laptop. I think it would be a good idea to increase the RAM Memory from current 8GB to 16GB. First, I would like to know if it is possible to upgrade the RAM, and second, I would like to know if I need an additional 8GB RAM or I have to replace the existing by a new 16GB RAM.
Thank you in advance

Hi:
You can add another 8 GB memory chip in the empty slot and have 16 GB of memory.
Below is the link to the service manual. The memory upgrade info can be found in chapter 1.
