Hi, I need help. I have a hp envy x360 convertible 13-ag0036au. Tried to bring in for an upgrade last week, the shop say the ssd they have won't fit since their ssd is double sided chip and it it too thick. I need to upgrade the hard drive space since the 256 that comes with the computer just isn't enough. I'm actually pretty new to ssd since I have always been using the turning type hard drives. There seems to be many types and shapes so I'm a bit freaked out now. Would appreciate anyone that can help with the spec that fits and the max that this laptop can upgrade. I tried searching around, but I get pages with the factory specs and no info on ssd maximum upgrade. please help!
