Your notebook has an Intel Core 12th gen processor, and your model may support 32 GB (2x16 GB) DDR4-3200 memory or even more.

 

Click this link and run the command line to find the max RAM your model can take.

2 Steps to Check Maximum RAM Capacity of Your Computer

 

If it reports 32 GB, your model supports max 2x16 GB DDR4-3200 memory. If it says 64 GB, 2x32 GB is supported.
