Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a missing driver for Base System Device. I have installed all the recommended drivers from the HP web site. I can't update the BIOS either, I can't find an update that will install. Here is the Hardware IDS:

This package provides the Thunderbolt Secure Connect Utility for supported notebook models running a supported operating system.
