Product: HP USB-C Dock G5
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
HP USB-C Dock G5 (P/N 5TW10AA#ABG) not working on HP Laptop PC 15-fd0000 (70R04AV)
When I plug in to the laptop, I get the following message.
"Display connection might be limited
Make sure the DisplayPort device you're connecting to is support by your PC. Select this message for more trouble shooting info."
My external monitor, headphones, and speaker don't work. They all work when connected directly to the laptop. The video streaming camera works.
I've tried searching for compatibility information - no success. I've also updated the recommended drivers. No success.
Any ideas?
