Hi I have a computer that upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10. The problem I am having is in my device manager I have an unknown device with the following ID:
ACPI\VEN_HPQ&DEV_0004
ACPI\HPQ0004
*HPQ0004
I am getting the error message of : The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28) being reported on PCI Express Root Complex.
I cannot seem to locate this device on HP's driver page for my model. any ideas?

Hi:
You need this driver for that device...
This package provides the HP 3D DriveGuard software for supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system. HP 3D DriveGuard protects the hard drive by "parking the heads" if the notebook is accidentally dropped or is abruptly impacted by another object.
