I just want to know if my HP laptop, model # 15-dw3013dx, is upgradeable. When I try to check on this site, it doesn't show up in the drop-down menu. Any help is appreciated. Thanks, Penne

Hi, Penne:
You can upgrade the memory and remove the existing 256 GB NVMe SSD and install a larger capacity NVMe SSD.
HP only has the service manual for the original 15-dw0xxx model series available.
Maintenance and Service Guide HP 15 Laptop PC
The manual has outdated information regarding the memory speed but your notebook uses DDR4-2666 CL19 memory.
You can run this command to see how much memory your notebook can support:
1. In the search box, search for cmd and click Run as administrator.
This will open the command prompt.
2. Once command prompt is opened, type wmic memphysical get maxcapacityEx and press the enter key.
There, it will show the maximum RAM capacity your PC's motherboard can support.
The capacity is shown as Kilobytes, so you have to convert it to Gigabytes by dividing the number provided in the report by 1,048,576.
