This is the third time I had to open up this laptop to replace the charging port no big deal, the port with the cable connected is only like 9 bucks on amazon. However, this time when I opened it up to install it, one of the copper pins that this part plugs into fell out. Is there a way to fix this problem? Is it possible to replace the white plastic part with the copper pins that the replacement charging port plugs into? It looks like it is attached to the motherboard and may have to be soldered on? I don't know, I'm a novice at this. Alternatively, if I get another hp laptop, is there a memory chip I can take out of this old one and put in the new one to transfer all of my data as I believe this doesn't have a standard hard drive and I also believe in windows 10 there is no easy way to transfer all of my data to another laptop. Any suggestions?

Unfortunately, it won't be worth the expense it will take to replace the part.
You are correct, the "hard disk" and memory are memory chips integrated into the chipset on the system board.
There is no actual, physical hard disk or SSD in a Stream PC's hardware.
I suggest copying the data to a either a flash drive or an externally powered hard disk or SSD.
