Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP x360 14-ba075tx and I have been trying to upgrade. I have seen multiple answers by some people but I am still confused. Does my laptop support M2 SSD? If yes, what form factor? I would also like to put into your knowledge that I want to retain my 1tb SSHD which came with the laptop itself. Can you provide me with some links for the recommended products by you?

OK you sent me a private message but all the information I have is listed above. Not sure how much more explicit I can be. If you have more questions post back her as PM is not intended for support, just friendly side chats.

Yes it does but very hard to actually perform the upgrade. Here is the Manual:

The slot is on the reverse side of the motherboard so you have to remove the motherboard. Looks like this:

M.2 slot circledM.2 slot circled

Memory is also on the reverse of the motherboard. Also the M.2 SSD must be a 2280 form factor SATA, not NVME.

So post back with any more questions and please accept as solution if this is the info you needed.

Hi, thank you for your prompt response!

Is there a cap to max upgrade of SSD? Form factor will be SATA M2 SSD then, right? It won't support PCIe form factor right? Any SATA M2 SSD from WD, Crucial will do the job?

Thank you so much for taking out the time.
