Product: HP Pavilion 14 Laptop PC 14-dv2000 (4Z017AV)

I have been having endless issues with my pavillion laptop - its has been back and forth for repair more times then I can recall and its still not working and I am sick of trying to get a decent resolution with customer services. Is there is email address I can contact or someone at head office I can speak to ?
