Hello, I have a problem with the keyboard on my laptop because when I press the "L" key on the keyboard, the keyboard seems to go crazy because I am clicking keys such as: esc, f4, f7, f11, ', *, l, ą and the win key at the same time , nor have I ever flooded the keyboard, only two buttons fell out: win and 1 on the nun pad, please solve the problem as soon as possible.

1. Restart Your Laptop:

  • Sometimes a simple restart can clear up temporary glitches in the keyboard's functionality.

2. Check for External Devices:

  • Disconnect any external keyboards or devices to see if the issue persists.

3. Run Keyboard Troubleshooter:

  • On Windows, go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot.
  • Select Keyboard and run the troubleshooter to see if it identifies any issues.

4. Check Keyboard Settings:

  • Go to Settings > Ease of Access > Keyboard and ensure that features like Filter Keys or Sticky Keys are turned off, as they can affect keyboard behavior.

5. Update or Reinstall Keyboard Drivers:

  • Open Device Manager (right-click the Start menu and select it).
  • Expand the Keyboards section, right-click on your keyboard, and select Update driver. If that doesn't work, you can also try uninstalling the driver and then restarting your laptop, which should reinstall the driver automatically.

6. Check for Physical Damage:

  • Inspect the keyboard for any debris or damage. Even if it doesn’t look flooded, there could be residue affecting the keys.
  • You can gently clean around the keys with compressed air.

7. Use an External Keyboard:

  • Connect an external USB keyboard to see if the problem persists. This can help determine if it’s a hardware issue with the laptop’s built-in keyboard.

8. Perform a System Restore:

  • If the problem started recently, consider performing a system restore to revert your laptop to a previous state when the keyboard was functioning correctly.

9. Check for Malware:

  • Run a full antivirus scan to rule out any malware that could be affecting keyboard behavior.
