Hey i want to replace my hdd to sdd so i want to know that what protocol in this model sata 2 or sata 3. I open laptop i see here sata 2 hdd inbuilt but what acctual protocol of this model. Its upgrade to ssd sata 3? Hey in tag there are mistake in typing and not edit my laptop model name is hp pavilion 15 n012tx and i write in mistake in model option is hp pavilion 12 n012tx

After reading your post, I did go through the Product specifications of your product and found that you have 1 TB 5400 rpm SATA hard drive installed on the PC.

Check the below table "supports the following hard drives"

Click here: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c04439615 to know more information regarsing HDD ( refer to 2 Chapter 1 Product description )
