I have hp probook 450 g5 i7 8th generation. My question is do my laptop has nvidia graphics card??? If yes then why its not showing up in display adapters. I am running windows 10 enterprise. And If I have both graphic card the integrated intel uhd 620(4gb) and discrete nvidia 630 mx(2gb) then do I have 6 gb graphic ram??? Please help me out I want to use both graphics card. Please tell me how do I use them. Please solve my issue.

Hi:
Some models have the nvidia graphics and some don't.
Please post the product number for your notebook, so I can look up the parts list and see if the motherboard comes with the nVidia graphics.
Use this guide for how to find the product number for your notebook...please do not post the serial number.

Hi:
Unfortunately, when I enter the product number you posted, the parts list shows every possible option that could have come with the model series.
So the only other suggestion I can offer would be to enter the serial number of your notebook in the box at the link below and see if it provides specific details regarding your notebook's serial number.

Brother when I searched my serial number in the link that you have given me, there was so many components listed and Ive checked them all but there was no component like graphics card. The funny part is that list doesnt have my intel uhd 620 gpu which is viewable in my laptop then I thought that this list will also not show the nvidia gpu component and yes I was right it doesnt listed the nvidia gpu component and more funnier is that they also does not listed my intel uhd 620 gpu which is viewable in my laptop gpu adapters.
Now I am thinking that lets take a chance and bring this laptop in its original condition. In order to do that I have installed windows 10 pro which is the default operating system by h.p in this laptop and now I am going to install all the drivers from hp support including the nvidia gpu driver. And I hope for the best that my laptop will recognize both gpus by doing this.
More suggestions and helps are welcomed if you know any other thing.
