Hello everyone i had this laptop for almost 2 years now and never had a single problem with it .
2 days ago i was working on it preparing for my UNI project when i finished i turned it off and put it back in the bag .
After 4 hours i tried to turn it on but it wont turn on not giving me a single sign of life except when i plug the charger the charging light on the side turnes on white
I let it rest for a little bet and tried openning it again but the same thing happened it wont turn on
I tried doing the hard reset but also its not working
I took it to computer repair shop and they told me that i have problem with the IC power chip they tried looking for one but they didnt find any when i called them again today they told me they are looking for ic bios chip or something like that
My question do hp sell these components seperatley or i have to buy new mother board ? It will be expensive for me cuz i am uni student and all .
And if there is a third party company or something that sells thim seperatly ?

I have to agree with the computer repair shop, this seems to be an issue with the Motherboard

I have problem. And every repair shop I contact are asking me replace mother board as the IC is not available. Please let me the solution you offered for this issue. I want to resolve this with less and affordable cost as buying a new one is a too costly affair and replacing with new mother board costs a lot and they are giving me just a month warranty. Please help.
