Hi @galal7mohamed,

I would like to inform you that when you play games on the computer they usually need more power and it is always recommended to keep the charger connected. The performance of the computer usually drops when playing games on the battery as the battery will not able to supply the required power for the games.

I checked the video you have posted and I believe the games are working perfectly.

Hope that answers your question.

Hi @galal7mohamed,

I am the The_Fossette. It looks like you were interacting with @DavidSMP, but he is out of the office today so I'll take over from here.

It looks like the CPU usage is high when the AC adapter is connected to the computer. I recommend you to update the bios on your computer from the below provided link.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!

I updated the BIOS , but it remains the same thing (without plugging the AC to charge) without opening the game the CPU ranges from 3.40 to 2.50 ghz

and as i open the game it goes to 0.35 ghz so what is the prblem now ? by the way it still when i plug it to the AC works perfectly at 3.50 ghz but as i remove the AC from the charge it fell down .
