I bought a laptop in June last year and 3 months ago it broke. I called the HP help desk many times and they could not repair it on the phone and 2 weeks ago I sent it for repair (Repair Reference Edited) and they said it would take 5-10 working days but now they are saying they are waiting for a part and the ETA now is 07/05/2025. I DO NOT HAVE ANY OTHER LAPTOP! I paid a lot of money for a broken laptop and I haven't been able to use it for the past 3 months. Please may I have a brand new laptop or have a full refund plus a compensation for the 3 months of not being able to use a product I purchased? I've complained to many agents on the phone and via email and asked to escalate my issue but they all refused to help me. Please can you help me?

It does not help because no one is working on my issue - they are and will be waiting for a part for another month.
Please note that this post is a complaint and I requested a full refund and I did not ask for empty words.
Please tell me what my rights as a customer are if I purchased a laptop and I can't use it for 4 months.
And please direct me to a department that can help me.
