I lost my laptop this morning, I try to use Microsoft to lock the it, but not working. Can HP provide support to erase my data or lock the device remotely?

The answer to that is no.
HP used to sell LoJack with its notebooks, but that is no longer the case.
Personally I use ESET Internet Security as my online protection.
ESET Internet protection gives its users the ability to use the laptop webcam to see who is usng it, remotely locate, lock and erase the notebook's hard drive to make it useless to the thief.

Your only option is to go to the Police and make a missing property report, unless you believe that you can find it.
Perhaps your Homeowner's or Renters insurance will cover the loss.
