I'm due for a Liver Transplant soon so I never took my HP 17t ENVY CG-000 out of the box. it Win 11?

I took up too much room above explaining that since 01/01/20 I never took the Laptop out of the box in case I don't make it or whatever due to Liver Transplant (past due much needed) how do I find out if it'll upgrade to Windows 11, I call the HP Store once & lady there was lost & had No Idea! Me

It is a CTO machine, very hard to get its REAL specs. It came with Windows 10 and you can upgrade to Windows 11 any time.

Sir, what did you mean by a CTO Machine is hard to get its real specs. I had HP Customize it for me & since you can now follow your customized computer in China on their floor I saw the day before they put the machine together with the "gathered parts" then that the next day they would be "manufacturing computer". I know their correct at least until I double-check by plugging the Laptop into power & doing a quick self-test to make sure the RAM, & ROM size is correct & things like the Edge to Edge Glass TouchScreen with the tiny bezel, WI-FI & Bluetooth Combo should add up to what it said the parts were gathered together on the floor all the Customized Parts should be there & together right. I mean the first same model HP gathered 1oo% of the Wrong Parts & were scheduled to put it all together the next day & I had to cancel the first same model. (Due to extended illness they listened to PayPal Credit & PPC told HP the Laptop HP should have canceled but made & say they shipped to me anyway HP asked FedEx who told HP I signed for it which is NOT True & I have to argue it with TrannsUbion which is fine because I never received or signed for the Wrong Computer which took off 300 FICO Points! But what do you mean?

Dear Sir, I thought only certain higher-numbered Generations of Intecls or whatever with the Cores (CPUs) were able to upgrade to Windows 11?
