Microsoft Windows 11

I'm having the same issue with my HP Omen pictures with a i5 8300h now if I play some really intensive games like days gone or GTA v or cyberpunk 2077 the battery will drain hardcore. And yes with 150 watts charger that came with it I'll try going through bios I've been trying to adjust everything. But if I play some older games like we'll say saints row the third it's not really labor-intensive on the power. But I've looked up other gaming laptops from other brands and they're having the same issues.

Your machine could be a low end of the HP Omen series because it only uses 150W PSU (Other Omen machines use 200W, 230W, 250W even 330W PSU's). And you also say: "laptops from other brands and they're having the same issues".

I don't know what is your machine but the most you can do is to upgrade RAM (if available) and may be hard drive.  You can know what it is using
