Hi guys.
All of a sudden one of my laptops fan broke down. I tried cleaning it up but it did not work. A friend of mine who is a technician recommended changing the fan, but I can't find a place in Spain where to get it from. I've looked up everywhere.
I unplugged that one fan because the noise was too loud (unbearable) and it did not want it to get worse. I need the computer these days because I'm taking classes for a Medicine Master degree online and just ordered a fan replacement from China trying to speed up the process. But, do you have any idea if other than the L20334-001 will work on it so that I try to look for that one too?
I don't have access to another laptop right now and even though I'm typing from it at this moment I would not like it to break down entirely for using it with just one fan, even though I mostly use web browsers, microsoft office softwares and adobe photoshop as the most. I even disabled the Nvidia Graphic card in the meantime.
I don't know it buying a cooler and placing it there without the back cover will do the job as I wait for the other coming from China.
Thanks for reading.

These are the fan assemblies listed in the Service Manual:
(17) System processor (CPU) L20334-001
(18) Graphics processor (VGA) L20335-001
The part consists of a fan and then specific proprietary mounting hardware to fit the fan onto your motherboard. You listed the part number for the CPU fan. If that is the one that has gone out you are definitely flirting with trouble trying to run the laptop without it.
This is it from amazon uk:
No response from amazon spain. Laptop parts in general are very hard to get right now since shipping channels are prioritizing humanitarian supplies.
amazon fr:
You can theoretically take a generic laptop cooling fan and pry the mounting bracket (plastic ring with metal loops for screws) off your fan and put it on the replacement fan but its more delicate than it sounds like it would be. If you do not get the fan mounted just right it will buzz and possibly even seize up in use. Unless I have no other choice I always try to buy a drop in replacement unit specifically for the actual laptop model I am working on.
Post back if there are any other questions and please accept as solution if this is the info you needed.
