I have the HP motherboard:  HP 88DD on the machine named above. IT has this factory card in it. GEFORCE GTX 1650.

I want to replace it , It looks like a PCi-Xpress X16 card. Can any best video card be put in that same slot? I need 2560X1440 resolution capable.

No, it is not possible, the graphics card is soldered to the motherboard.

I have the HP motherboard:  HP 88DD.  I want to connect External Graphic Card via Key A+E (Slot).

Can i Attached Which type of High-End Graphic Card via PCIe adapter/board, because my Davinci Resolve +80% workload mainly based on graphic Card. 

Please provide the List of Graphic Cards Which Can Run with this Laptop

I don't understand what A+E slot your laptop has, it's a laptop that doesn't have any graphics card slots
