Product: HP Laptop 15-bw0xx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I cant seem to find memory for this laptop.

Its a HP Laptop 15-bw0xx .

it uses DDR4 memory at 1866mhz.

I cant find DDR4 at that speed.

Can I use DDR3/3l 1866 or DDR4 2400? 

CPU:  'AMD A6-9600 RADEON R4, 5 COMPUTE CORES 2C+3G'

MOTHERBOARD: HP-8330

Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook.

 

The memory upgrade info can be found in chapter 1.

 

2 x 8 GB of memory is supported.

Now as far as finding memory for your notebook, you may be able to buy it from this vendor, as they guarantee compatibility.

You can always search by the crucial memory part number and see if you can buy it on Amazon or some other marketplace.

 

You can change the country at the top right of the webpage to see if you can buy it directly from Crucial where you live.
