I need a new battery for HP Pavilion - 14-ce2000na, doesn't appear to be available on HP website

It's beyond frustrating trying to deal with inept support and a website that doesn't work. I follow the links and instructions and there is no battery for me to buy at the end of it

What battery precisely do I need for this model and where can I buy it?
