I cant believe that a company like HP has such a poor customer service department and lack of parts availability for their top end laptops like my spectre x360-15t !!! I need to purchase a new bottom cover for this lptop as the cheezy clips on the sides broke and now the back is loose and feels loose. how can I purchase a new bottom cover from this company???

Welcome to our HP User Forum. I think.
Anyhow my friend, I sense a great deal of negative energy here.
So, take a deep breath, and let's find you the doggone part.
But first, let's take a look at the bigger picture here.
In an average year, conservatively, the number of laptop models that HP releases is anywhere from 50 to 100 or more. This includes various series, configurations, and variations to cater to different market segments and consumer preferences. Keep in mind that this is just a rough estimate, and the actual number can fluctuate based on factors such as market demand, technological advancements, and company strategies.
Now, your HP Spectre x360 - 15t-ch000 was first released in late 2018. I guess your expectation is that HP somehow is obliged to warehouse hundreds of thousands of different parts belonging to thousands of different laptops released by HP over the years.
Ain't going to happen.
NO manufacturer would -or can, for that matter, do that -PC, automotive, consumer gadget producers, etc. Of course, mostly fueled/incentivized by our hallowed market forces, principally supply and demand.
But I digress.
Your HP Spectre x360 - 15t-ch000 CTO, according to: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c05918213.pdf, needs this part number: L15591-001 "New Genuine HP Spectre X360 15 Series Bottom Base".
It so happens that Amazon sells this part. As of the typing of this post, quote: "Only 20 left in stock - order soon".
However, take a careful look at the product pictures to make sure it looks like the part you need: https://www.amazon.com/EbidDealz-Replacement-Enclosure-L17587-001-L15591-001/dp/B0CF6TQ34C/ref=sr_1_....
Hope this was helpful.
Kind Regards,
