I took my laptop to bestbuy to get the wifi card changed to wifi6 but in the process they bent the heatsink and now there is a hole in the pipes, I've looked online but I cant find a new one. Can anyone help? the service pn is L03808-001 and the p/n is 3TG3CTMTP20. it is for a GTX 1080 and a core i7.

I believe this is the correct Manual:

Manual

Heatsink Part No. listed as:

Heatsink (with thermal pad and fan)
For use in models equipped with GTX 1080 940598-001

Almost incredibly, HP has it isn stock:

I sometimes catch a fair amount of grief here for not being a Best Buy service promoter. Bending a heatsink to the point it breaks is very ham-handed, but I am sorry to say par for the course for Best Buy. SMH

If they bent it they should be fixing it. Usually parts can be order from the HP parts store online, although some parts are only available to authorized service personnel.
