I need a new motherboard for my Spectra X360

Good afternoon

My laptop will not turn on. White wine was spilt onto it so its either drunk or the mother board is broken. There is no residue in the connectors and I can still read the HD. It will not boot up at all so I'm assuming that the wine has got somewhere it shouldn't. 

Where can I buy a new motherboard?

You would probably be better off sourcing a replacement  laptop, considering the acidic content of wine.
