Hi:
The processor is an integral part of the motherboard and cannot be upgraded.
You can replace the 2.5" mechanical hard drive with a 2.5" solid state drive (SSD).
I recommend the Western Digital Blue SA510 2.5" SSD in a capacity that meets your storage needs and budget.
Memory: Your notebook has one memory slot and can support a maximum of 1 x 8 GB of DDR3L-1600 memory.
This should be a compatible memory chip for your notebook:
Crucial 8GB DDR3L-1600 SODIMM | CT102464BF160B | Crucial.com

Its specs

It is one slow on a list of slowest machines.
- CPU: it is integrated (or soldered) to its system board, you can't upgrade.
- RAM: It has 1 slot of RAM and supports 8GB max. It has 4GB DDR3L SDRAM (1 DIMM) now, you can replace it with 8GB using compatible RAM such as https://www.crucial.com/memory/ddr3/ct102464bf160b/ct6288074
- STORAGE: It has a slow 500GB 5400RPM hard drive now. You can replace it with a 2.5" SATA SSD such as https://www.crucial.com/ssd/mx500/ct1000mx500ssd1/ct11422806
Regards.
