I have already spoke to cricut customer service but, still having issues with my computer connecting either with the USB cord for cricut device or bluetooth which does pair to my computer. The agent stated that my laptop does not meet the system requirements. When I go to System app and ABOUT it shows I have 3.89 usable GB. The agent stated that I need 4GB or more and that is probably the reason why my laptop is not connecting to my cricut device. Anyone expericened this? any help would be greatly appreciated. I have deleted a lot of stuff off of my computer and it still reflcets that I am 3.89 usuable like I never cleared anything.

I'm assuming that you are referring to a Cricket phone device maybe? I don't know if it's a cell phone or VOIP device without more info.

But the Cricket guy is talking about memory, not storage. The files you deleted were from storage, not memory. Your laptop has 4 GB of memory, and he thinks you need more. We can help you with that if that is the case,

I doubt it though. Further info from you on the exact Cricket device you are trying to connect to.
