Product: HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-d5000 (4V9Y2AV)

Hi, i am having issues with HP USB x760w 256 gb flash drive, since i bought it. It does not have a driver, and is unmounted by windows minutes after inserting. File History shows "unknown error" seldom. When windows unmounts it, notification says usb drive is not recognized. Also it shows errors like Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43) The USB set address request failed.

        Kindly give me the link to download driver for this USB, i tried a lot but couldn't obtain drivers. Some sources on internet say that PNY firmware update can resolve this issue as reported by many people who solved the issue, but PNY software i downloaded doesn't work, there is nothing i can see on the window that appears to install firmware by PNY. Thank you.
