Product: HP Spectre x360 - 15-bl075nr

I have a Spectre x360 - 15-bl075nr with a faulty motherboard. Can someone please help me confirm if a MX150 2GB i7-8550U  motherboard will be compatible with my laptop? Below is a picture

Yes. On page 49 of the service manual you can see the compatible boards with the part number.
