Go the the below site and enter your serial number. You should get both General information such as a parts list and also Unique Information such as features your motherboard was programmed to have. Select the General information to find a part such as a display (LCD screen), fan or a cable. If there is no photo of the part you may need to search (google) the part number.

I am guessing the fan is part number L22529-001
