Hello! my notebook does not start. All the voltages on the mainboard are correct.It means the notebook has problem with CPU or Bios. I need the Bios firmware it's sn: [edit] pn: 4AG12UA model: 14-ck0061st. I did not find any software for my device on the official website. I have a programmer to flash BIOS

Can you send me the Bios firmware? my email: [edit]

PS. Please, Don't replay any other solution, all i need is Bios firmware!

you can find the older ones by clicking on revision history at bottom of page.

You can unzip the file.
