I need the model number of the replacement battery for my Envy x360 Convertible 15-bp1xx

I see that the batteries offered online by other suppliers do not last! I prefer HP parts but can't find the model number anywhere! Opening my computer isn't possible at this time since I do not have the small tools.

Chapter 3, page 21 has the battery part number and description.

Battery (3-cell, 55-WHr, 4.8-AHr, Li-ion)    HP part # 916814-855

That battery part number is not orderable from HP.

You can contact HP's authorized suppliers at the link below and see if they have one for sale.

Otherwise, you should be able to do a search by the HP 916814-855-battery part number on Amazon, eBay or laptopbatteryexpress.com and see if you can find a compatible aftermarket battery that references the HP part number.
