What is your Pavilion 14-ce3000  machine ?

  1. Fan: You need a right model/product first to get the RIGHT part number. Normally you should be able to use part # of the series. You need to know EXACTLY your machine to be able to use part L19158-001 or L19156-001
  2. Storage: The series supports dual storage options with M.2 SATA/NVMe SSD + 2.5" SATA HDD. What does it have now, again you need to know EXACTLLY what is your machine to be able to add or replace
  3. Battery: Your machine uses 3-cell, 41-WHr, 3.6-AHr, Li-ion battery part # L11119-855

My answers give you the CAN DO options.  W/o knowing your machine I can NOT say more.

HP Pavilion Laptop 14-ce3xxx does not make any sense. What is it ?  Please use the following way to find out:

How to Find Your HP Laptop Model Number

You says it has HDD, you can add M.2 SATA SSD up to 2TB (or may be 4TB) to your machine.  For example
