Also, any suggestion of where I can fix it in London, UK?
Please help and thank you in advance

Hi,
It looks like this laptop doesn't have a separate keyboard and you have to buy the whole top cover unit.
See this guide: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c05228250
This one is compatible: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/New-HP-Pavilion-15-AU-Palmrest-Touchpad-Cover-UK-QWERTY-Keyboard-856026-0...
A local repair shop could handle the replacement. It used to be easy to replace the top cover but the Service Guide shows it requires dismanting the entire laptop. It's not going to be cheap considering the replacement part costs almost £70 and you live in London. You may end up paying £200 for a fix when a decent used laptop costs about the same.
I'd recommend to sell it and get a new or a decent used laptop instead.

Thank you Pepe999.
Just to re-confirm and to better understand. I totally take your suggestions.
However, I wanted to get your views further.
I have saved my documents on my laptop and am glad that I can change the entire top cover unit.
Now, if I bought the the one your prescribed myself:
1. Would I still have my documents on the laptop? What do I do?
2. When I purchase the top unit, are there other costs I will be concerned about apart from what I will need to pay a technician to fix it?
3. Is there are white colour alternative of the whole top cover unit?

1) Your files won't be affected after the replacement. It's stored on the hard drive that is not a part of the top cover
2) No, if you buy the top cover that's all you have to pay if you want to replace yourself. There is a guide how to in the manual I posted before.
As I stated before the entire laptop must be dismantled so it will be costly to replace the unit. From my own experience local computer shops charge £40 just for basic repair such as a hard drive replacement or a virus removal. I'd ask how much for the replacement before buying it because it could cost more than the entire laptop.
