I need to find a replacement keyboard for my hp spectre x360 13t aw100

I am trying to find a  replacement keyboard for my HP Spectre x360 13t aw100. So far I have had no luck finding one that exactly matches. I have found a few that almost match. My model is one with an integrated privacy screen it is on the f1 button. Most of the possible matches do not have that feature. Will the privacy screen function still work even though the keyboard does not have the function shown? Is there anyway to activate the privacy screen without using the built in button? Is there a way to source the keyboard directly from HP?

It is a CTO machine therefore you need to know its REAL specs to be able to find some parts (keyboard for example, you need to know color, language ....)

Please use page 63 of the following manual to work out which part # for keyboard on your machine

The use part # to find elsewhere or on HP Parts Store.

Note: I can't find the latest manual, please use the above manual, keyboard should be the same.

No one (including hp parts department) seems to have an exact match which according to the file you sent me is L72385-001. If I get a keyboard that is for my model but does not have the privacy filter button is there some other way to make the privacy filter work, without relying on the button. Or will the keyboard function still work,just without the correct label on the button?
