Product: HP Notebook - 14-cm0598sa
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

This is my sister's laptop who is currently halfway across the world and absolutely useless with tech.

Her battery has failed and I am looking to purchase her a new battery and send it to her so that she can fit it.

Does anyone know what kind of battery I need to buy for this laptop / model?

I have tried using the HP battery finder tool but its not working.
