The moderator deleted the serial number, I need to know the same for these serial numbers and that they can be seen to be verified by an auditor of my company or please explain how the date of manufacture is obtained.

Serial numbers are deleted by moderators because they are considered a violation of the forum's privacy rules.
You determine the year of manufacture by the 4th, 5th and 6th characters of the serial number, which will always be numbers.
The 4th = the year of manufacture (0-9).
The 5th and 6th = the week of manufacture (01 - 52).
If the year number is a 1 like in the first number you posted, of course that could be 1991, 2001, 2011 or 2021 so you have to have an idea of when the PC was purchased or the type of hardware it came with.
For example, if it has a Pentium III processor you know that it was not made in 2011 or 2021.
If you have no idea when you got it or what hardware it has, then enter the serial numbers of the PC's in the partsurfer database and it will provide the model number and a partial list of parts.

Thank you very much for your help, just to be clear.
In the case of the serial numbers I sent the year of manufacture is 2021 and the week of manufacture would be the 50th, ie December 2021, can you confirm me that this is correct ?

You're very welcome.
Yes, that is correct.
You can use the Epoch calendar converter to determine the actual week dates for each calendar year.
For example: 2021: Week 50 is from December 13th - December 19th.
