Product: 15-dy2021nr versus 15-dy2093dx

Is this a bait and switch? What's the difference in the models? The one that arrived had Windows S, but the one I ordered had Windows Home.  I saw a retail difference of $68 for the two models, the one I ordered being more expensive than the one the seller sent. Can someone explain if I'm being scammed or baited and switched or should I just accept what they sent because it's close enough?

Hi:

 

Looking at the specs for both...

The one you ordered comes with a much better wifi adapter.

 

You can switch out of S mode and get the regular W10 Home, so that isn't a big deal.

 

Switching out of S mode in Windows (microsoft.com)

 

I would return it just because of the major differences in the wifi cards.
