I just purchased a new HP computer from Sam's Club. The purchase price included a 2 year HP Care pack. Like others have discovered, HP does not show the care pack. The only thing HP has done is try to send me back to the club. The club has no idea how HP does things, so can only point me back to HP!  HP provides the laptop / care pack bundle to Sam's for sale in their club. HP should know what is going on and should be able to fix.

 

Further, and again like others have complained about, HP is showing the warranty as activated quite a while ago -- so not even showing my standard 1 year warranty! Apparently, HP "activates" the warranty as soon as the computer is sent to the club -- rather than when the computer is actually purchased and registered. Now I have to go through their dispute process to even get my basic warranty straightened out!

 

HP, this is your problem. How do we get the 2 year care pack properly showing on this computer?
