@TomB1962, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

It sounds like your hard drive might be facing issues, especially after the powerage event. Here's what I would suggest to resolve the issue:

Update the BIOS: A BIOS update can often help address hardware compatibility issues or resolve problems after unexpected power events. To update the BIOS, visit the manufacturer's website (for the product ID N0B21AA#ABA) and download the latest BIOS version. Follow the instructions carefully.

Run the Test Again: Once you've updated the BIOS, restart your system and run the hard drive Short DST test again. This will help to see if the issue persists after the BIOS update.

Check the Failure ID: If the test still fails and you get the same Failure ID (Q0FNX1-81UCRS-WPTWLK-60T803), it could indicate a more severe issue with your hard drive, such as bad sectors or imminent failure. In that case, you might need to back up your data as soon as possible and consider replacing the hard drive.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
