Product: HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-d5000 (4V9Y1AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have an active Bunded Warranty until 31 Oct 2024. But according to agent, the battery was only covered for 1 year and is no longer covered as of today.

And they don't respond to my inquiries. Very poor customer service.

At this point, I feel like I just don't want to claim this warranty anymore and just leave this laptop in bad condition.
