Product: HP Chromebook x360 - 14c-ca0053dx

I have a HP Chromebook x360 - 14c-ca0053dx  SN:[Personal Information Removed] and I think in needs a new battery it used to last almost 2 days on a full charge but now it barley last half a day before it needs to be plugged in. I can't find the battery I need on the HP website when I put in what I think is the battery model number it says it cant find it.

Below is the link to the parts list for your notebook.

 

HP PartSurfer

 

The battery part number and description is:

 

L84398-006
BATT 3C 60Wh 5.275Ah LI BC03060XL-PL

 

HP Parts Store - HP Computer Parts - HP Printer Parts - Compaq Parts

 

The part is not orderable from HP, so you will have to do a search by the HP part number and find a compatible aftermarket battery somewhere like Amazon or eBay that references that part number.

 

Below is the link to the service manual where you can find the battery removal and replacement procedure.
