I have two idea for my Computer become fast, I think my Notebook is become slow and even can't use Adobe Photoshop CS-5. some times become blue screen and I am afraid connect to internet because of getting very slow. Please suggest me what can I do.
I am thinking two ideas.
✔️first idea is upgrate RAM memory to 8GB and the
✔️second idea is using SSD 128GB for running windows and my old HDD for storage.
please suggest me which option is good for me?
the very sad news for now, I am trying to fast for my lovely Notebook for a month, and I factory reset of my computer and then download the software what I want, at that time the GUJD RANSOMWARE attack my PC until now. I reset become 3 times and this time my PC is clear but all of my data in local disc 😧 are encrypted. 200GB of my lifetime data. Now I am waiting to create new Partition that I left the free storage 500GB on D:. because I want to separate the partition all of (.gujd) format of my data.
But I still want to fast my PC.
Please suggest me when you are free or in good mood.

Hi:
You can do both, but I recommend you install a NVMe SSD first before installing another 8 GB of memory.
Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook.
Maintenance and Service Guide HP 15 Laptop PC
Chapter 1 has the memory and drive upgrade info.
Your notebook's M.2 slot supports both SATA and NVMe SSD's. NVMe SSD's have faster read/write speeds than SATA SSD's do.
Your notebook supports dual storage configurations (2.5" drive + M.2 SSD), but you will need to remove Windows from the 2.5" drive after you install Windows on the SSD or the PC will always want to boot from the 2.5" drive.
You can use the HP cloud recovery tool to make a bootable USB drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook on the SSD.
You will need to temporarily disconnect the 2.5" drive or the tool will reinstall W10 on the 2.5" drive instead of the SSD.
Here is an info link for how to use the cloud recovery tool.
